I am so happy with my pool and deck! Parent’s Pools did an amazing job with the resurfacing of my 100 year old, concrete block pool. The concrete deck was cracking. Mark’s team was able to repair and resurface the deck, and now it looks brand new. I chose to keep the existing tile and they replaced about 15 cap tiles which were cracked. The match was perfect and well done.

Mark was easy to communicate with and kept me up to date with all progress and time lines. He checked on the quality of every step to make sure I was happy with the work. Changes to the project were easily accommodated and pricing revisions were discussed and agreed upon.
I highly recommend Parent’s Pools for pool renovation.

I recently had my pool resurfaced. After securing multiple estimates I hired Parents Pools this March 24’.
They were not the cheapest. However, I believed they would do the best job.
Mark Parent came out when promised, explained the pricing and timelines, etc….
The pool looks exceptional. The crew was professional, they did a great job prepping, resurfacing, and cleaning up.
I could not be more satisfied. Would highly recommend them for any of your pool needs.

I am very pleased that I hired Parent's Pools to repair and resurface my old 75' lap pool. I had cracks running down most of the length and in other areas. Recently had our 1970s pool resurfaced and retiled by Parents Pools. Mark and his team were fantastic! They walked us through each step, explained everything, and even stopped by the house when we had a question after the pool was completed. Mark from Parents Pools was very professional from start to finish on our pool refinishing. Hired Parent's pools after another pool company didn't hold up their end on a contracted price. Mark was very quick to start only took 3 days to resurface our pool. Always showed up on time. He always answers the phone. He is involved in every step of the process. His team is very efficient and in our case, it was only 2 weeks from signing the contract to refilling the finished pool.
